Largely free of the regimented control of individual lives that defines life on [[Mars]] or [[Mercury]]. High populations of scientists and engineers. More open to strange ideas concerning species, culture, relationships, etc. [[Uplifts]], [[digitals|infomorphs]], non-human bodies and synthetics recognised as full citizens and treated with respect day to day.
