Maximum ship speed using [[ship propulsion|standard drive technology]]: ~0.03c (3% of the speed of light) - meaning that it takes around a year and a half to travel from most central point of the system to the Oort cloud. ~4.2AU per day. This is specifically for cutting-edge ships, the average cargo tug will be closer to 0.01c and civilian/military ships will fall somewhere in the midrange.
